Height of a windshield 15"H or 21 3/4" H ( I'm 5' 10) ?

Need a bit of relief. Your experience will be appreciated. I'm 5' 10" and looking at the slip streammer S-02 Spirit or SS-Sport Fairing. Perhaps a different height would be best when riding in the rain?
